Registered Agent-New Corporations

A registered agent is responsible for receiving important corporate, legal, and tax documents. The registered agent must be a resident of the state of incorporation or foreign qualification. In addition, the resident agent must maintain a physical address within that state and must be available to accept service of process on behalf of the corporation during standard business hours.

We offer registered agent services with every new incorporation.

Basic Inc. Service includes 6 months of Registered Agent Service, all state filing fees, and postage & more for $109.

Deluxe Inc. Service includes 6 months of Registered Agent Service, all state filing fees, and priority postage & more for $144.

Complete Inc. Service includes 1 year of Registered Agent Service, all state filing fees, and overnight postage & more for $144.

Registered Agent- Existing Corporations

If you have an existing Florida corporation and need a registered agent, we offer a stand-alone registered agent service for $75 per year. Please contact us for more details.

If needed, we can provide you with a Registered Agent for only $75.00 per year, and any official legal and tax correspondence from the state will be forwarded to your billing/shipping address.

As your registered agent, we will:

Accept any legal service of process (notice of litigation) document, record the service in your company file, scan the document, and ship the service of process to you via overnight delivery.

Notify you via telephone and/or email upon receipt of service of process.

Forward any official documents and tax notices received from the Secretary of State and/or Department of State.

Almost every state requires a corporation or an LLC to have a Registered Agent (sometimes called a resident agent, statutory agent, or agent for service of process).

The Registered Agent address is the address that will be used by the state for any official legal and tax correspondence.

The Registered Agent address must be a physical, in-state street address; P.O. Boxes are not acceptable.

Note: If you require us to provide a registered agent, the address cannot be used as a general business/mail forwarding address. Only official legal and tax correspondence from the state will be forwarded, and any other mailings to the registered agent may result in additional charges.
